Marcus-Boyd Property Management Fee
Property Management charges only two fees - The monthly management fee is a percentage of the collected rent, and an annual renewal fee or one month’s rent is charged to lease a vacant property. The latter is assessed only when we place a new tenant in the property. There are no hidden costs: We do not charge one month’s rent to be placed in maintenance reserve; We do not charge supervisory fees for routine management services; We do NOT mark-up repair costs, There is NO monthly property management fee if your property is vacant.
